How to Play

This sheet is made for experienced Cubello players — and for everyone who wants to become one. Here, the whole sheet is played at once. Cubello is played with five dice, and each player gets up to three rolls per turn:

  1. First, roll all five dice.
  2. Set aside as many dice as you like and roll the rest again.
  3. An optional third roll is allowed.

Scoring

After each turn, one box on the score sheet is filled in.

Upper Section

Ones through Sixes: the sum of the matching dice.

Lower Section

  • Three of a Kind: sum of all dice, at least three matching dice.
  • Four of a Kind: sum of all dice, at least four matching dice.
  • Full House: 25 points, three of a kind plus a pair.
  • Small Straight: 30 points, four consecutive numbers.
  • Large Straight: 40 points, five consecutive numbers.
  • Cubello: 50 points, five matching dice.
  • Chance: sum of all dice.

Extra Rolls and Entering Scores

You may skip extra rolls. After the third roll at the latest, the result must be entered. If the roll doesn't qualify for anything, you must strike out a box of your choice in one column — that is, enter a 0. Boxes in Games 8 and 9 may only be struck out once nothing can be struck out in Games 1 through 7 anymore.

Tenth, Eleventh Cubello and Beyond

For every tenth and further Cubello — that is, once all nine Cubello boxes are filled with 50 — you get 50 bonus points in the Extra Cubello box. On top of that, you may fill any box that is still open with its matching score. It doesn't matter which dice made the Cubello.

Special Rules in BrummLabs Cubello Fun

  • The sheet is always played in full — all nine games must be filled in.
  • Game 8 may only be played from top to bottom.
  • Game 9 must be played from bottom to top.

Bonus and End of Game

To earn the 35-point bonus, the upper section must add up to at least 63 points. The game ends as soon as everyone has filled in their last box. Whoever has the most points wins.
